Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Canceled orders for smokers and grills that have not started fabrication are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If fabrication has begun, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We may consider exceptions on compassionate grounds. We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request, and let you know of the applicable fees. Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your smoker or grill has already been received, it cannot be returned and becomes subject to our Warranty policy.
Warranty
Smoke North Warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Under an approved warranty claim, as evidenced by photographic documentation of the defect, Smoke North will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge, excluding any shipping and handling fees. If the original purchased product has been discontinued, it may be replaced by a similar product of equivalent value. This warranty does not cover any type of rust or surface oxidation. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, negligence, or modification. The warranty does not cover any damage or discoloration caused by the proper or improper use of this product to nearby structures or surfaces. The purchaser shall indemnify Smoke North and hold Smoke North harmless for any liability or obligation incurred for personal injury, directly or indirectly, or any consequential damages in connection with the operation of this equipment. In all cases, cumulative damages for breach of this warranty will be limited to the amount paid by the original purchaser to Smoke North. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are receiving a freight shipment for a smoker or grill, please examine the shipment and note any damage or concerns of damage on the bill of lading with the courier. If the item is severely damaged, you should refuse shipment so it can be brought back to our facility for repair or replacement.
